Ava Dean cares about our planet and the products we deliver. That’s why all of our products are vegan and cruelty free as well as being 10-free. All of our polishes are free from commonly used harmful chemicals and ingredients. (Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Ethyl Tosylamide, Xylene, parabens, animal by-products, and fragrance.)

Our products are only available online through our store, but we are working with retailers who have expressed interest in selling our line of nail polish. Once we have a network of retail partners, that list will be available on our site.

Your credit card is charged at time of purchase. You'll see a charge on your credit card, PayPal, or Venmo account within 24 hours of completing your purchase.

Yes! Visit the shop to purchase a digital gift card for $25, $50 or $75.

Yes. You will need to provide your order number and details of the changes to be made by emailing support@myavadean.com. If your order is in pre-shipping we will not be able to edit it.

Yes. You can cancel any order that has not been shipped yet. Send an email to support@myavadean.com with your cancellation request and order number.

Once your order has been filled and shipped, we will send an email notification with your tracking information..

Fulfillment is within 3-4 business days of receiving the order, Monday through Friday. Orders arrive within 5-10 business days. There may be unforeseen delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but we are working with USPS to get your orders to you quickly and safely. Canada customers may experience additional delays due to customs.

As of now, we can only ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. We will be expanding our shipping footprint soon. Stay tuned for announcements on when we will be opening up to new markets.

Unfortunately, we can only ship within the contiguous United States and Canada currently. We will be expanding our global market soon, so if you live abroad, make sure to sign up for our emails to receive announcements when we will be available in your area. We will have additional special product launches for those countries and regions as we grow.

Standard ground shipping rates via USPS to your location will apply. Currently we do not offer expedited or bulk purchase options. Canadian orders may have additional shipping fees, taxes, and tariffs as determined by the country. Ava Dean is not associated with these additional fees. All fees are paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
